We at SUFI are constantly working to develop and implement new technology into our Insurance Business. Below are some of the services that technology has allowed us to offer our Producers. Our goal is to provide a Private Passenger Automobile program that allows ease of use, competitive rates, and provides a level of service that exceeds our customer's expectations. We offer several time-saving services that allow you to efficiently and quickly write business with SUFI.

Passport - Passport is Southern United's On-line Producer information service including the ability to make payments and renew policies. Passport gives our Producers access to their policies via the internet. Producers can look up specific policies for valuable information needed in day to day operations including: billing, endorsements and notices, claims, status and more! Producers can also run agency reports on payments uploaded through POS, ORS and P3. Access to Business forms and Underwriting guidelines are also available through Passport and are functional 24/7.

FastTrack - FastTrack is Southern United's new web based rater that also allows producers to upload applications for immediate policy issuance. Producers are able to print the permanent Declarations pages and ID cards and present those along with the policy to their clients when selling the policy, virtually eliminating rate surprises and follow-up work. EFT is available for new business submitted through FastTrack.

Point of Sale - POS allows producers to upload applications from their comparative rater and issue policies on behalf of Southern United in their offices. Producers are able to print the permanent Declarations pages and ID cards and present those along with the policy to their clients when selling the policy, virtually eliminating rate surprises and follow-up work. EFT is available for new business submitted through POS.

P3 Online Payment Processing - Much of the time and energy we expend servicing policies involves taking payments from our customers. It also takes the US Postal service from 2 to 12 days to deliver mail from our producers to us. For these reasons we have developed the P3 Online Payment Processing system for all Producers. P3 allows Producers to upload payments directly to Southern United, avoiding cancellations and reinstatements for late paying insured's and eliminates the delay in delivery from the US postal service.

Online Renewals (ORS) - Similar to POS, ORS allows agents to activate renewal policies in the comfort of their offices. ORS is accessible from the Producer's Passport account on the individual policy search screen and produces the renewal declarations pages and ID cards to be presented to customers in the producer's offices. EFT is available for renewals only through ORS.
